Giving user the ability to add/edit Contact Types, running SLX 7.5.1

Sorry for such a basic question.

I have a user that I need to give the ability to add/edit Contact Types in SLX.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Picklist - in Admin or Architect....

Make sure you are logged in as the user "admin" or nobody else will see them.
