MS App-V may cause Sync Issues

I'm posting this with a caveat that I haven't tested myself to be 100% sure, but it might help someone else.

 

Recently we had a customer who had used App-V to virtualize all of the SLX Apps, including clients on a Citrix Server.

 

They then found that changes being made on the Citrix Server were not generating Sync Files.

 

Having removed the virtualisation it now appears to be working correctly.

 

Sage have not QA'd App-V, and I believe this issue shows there may be an issue with sync when it is introduced.
