Hi Folks,
I have an issue on a 7.5.3 LAN (remote) client whereby anytime the user tries to export a group from the client, a pop-up window (title: Open Text Hummingbird DM) opens and the message states: "Value does not fall within the expected range.".
A few seconds later another pop-up comes up stating that there was an error creating the Excel work book object (.xlt file). The export was working before because navigation to the: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\SalesLogix\ reveals other template files. But the re-installation of Open Text has caused this feature to stop working.
If anyone else has faced a similar issue and can offer advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like Open Text reinstall has broken something, have you tried reinstalling the LAN client over the top again?

Hi Emma,
I tried repairing the client - no luck. Then I uniinstalled, re-started, re-installed and still no luck.
The interim solution is to uninstall Open Text and see if that helps.
If there are any more tips, please let me know - I'll be glad to experiment.
