Is SLXWR.DLL installed and registered? It's installed with the web host install.
Thanks

Hi,
no this SLXWR.dll is neither registered nor installed. How can I reinstall this dll?
If I reinstall the webHost, all customizations we have made are broken?
Greetings

Hi Tobias,
Reinstalling or repairing WebHost and or WebReporting Installation will never break your customisations.
They are in your VFS or LFS and will come back to the server after you deploy again.
So you can try this.
I think I have always installed the crystal reports server first, and then installed the web reporting stuff from Sage.
Have you done the same?
Have you checked that the application pool is running under the correct user?
Thanks! Alexander

HI Tobias,
Have you tried using fiddler to find out what parameters are handed over to your reporting web site?
This might help you to compare this with a working system and find differences.

Hi Alexander,
Fiddler does also only show the following:
HTTP/1.1 500 Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {EF01CE38-D4D9-4B68-881C-F4A70A6BC446} failed due to the following error: 80040154.
Any Ideas?

Hi Tobias,
Is it possible for you to install it on a different server or to do a complete reinstall of the components?
Are you using 7.5.2?
Are you using a localized version?
I never had this problem with webreporting.
Is the webreporting running on the same server as your other slx stuff?
Have you checked for windows updates and installed all of them?
I am just guessing!
Regards!
Alexander
