Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Authentication

I was able to work around this by adding a new page that trapped the URL I wanted to redirect to, and by modifying the WinAuthLoad page to redirect.

Make sure anonymous authentication is disabled in IIS. You should have Windows authentication and Forms authentication enabled.
