Playing Videos on Windows 2008 Server

I have enabled Desktop Experience Feature. However the Videos on this web site - just dont fire up at all.  My laptop is running 64bit w2008 server.

Any ideas - I did pose this question some time ago - directly with Sage (Web Master)
