hello everybody,
now we work on this CRM Saleslogix, but we have a problem in the customer services.
We try to find how to watch the closed tickets when we are in the tickets menu. At this moment, we can just watch open tickets and charged tickets. Can you help us please ?

You can add a new group.
When setting the condition, select the Ticket.Statuscode field and right click to select Global Join To PICKLIST. Select the PICKLIST table and select Text = Closed.
