Modifying the SalesLogix Customer Service feature as a customer Ordering function

My company intends to modify the customer service feature of salesLogix to function as a customer ordering system.

Does anyone have any information about doing this

If you are talking about customizing the Customer Portal - you certainly can. It's a little different from the regular web client because it's security is based on the Account/Contact model rather than SalesLogix Users.
