Dear All,
Where is the information saved about which groups a user sees and which not.
A client is telling us, that he has hidden some groups and after a relogin they are back again.
We can not reproduce it.
What can cause this problem?
Where is this information stored?

In useroptions - under the name column there is a value called HiddenGroups. the plugin ids are listed in the blob field.
I know of one scenario (defect 1-70488) where the issue occurs - see below. The issue is corrected in 75 SP2
Steps to duplicate the issue:
· Login tothe Web Client as Lee Hogan
· Click onAccounts
· Click onthe Groups Button
· Click onManage Groups
· Show GroupsWindow Pops Up
· Uncheck afew Groups
· Click Ok
· Logout ofthe Web Client
· Shut DownIE
· Login tothe LAN Client as Lee Hogan
· Logout ofLAN Client
· Log back into the Web Client
· Click onAccounts
· Click onthe Groups
· ClickManage Groups
· Show GroupsWindow Pops Up
Notice that Groups are now Checked toDisplay
Groups that were hidden in the WEB Clientare now displaying

Hi,
We fixed it with deleting all the browser cache and retried it.
This seemed to have solved it.
