On 6.2, Send SalesLogix would pick up any email address the Contact had. (If they had more than one, in Email2, Email3).
Now, on 7.5.4, Send SalesLogix only works if we use the Primary email address. Many of our clients contact us from 2 different email addresses; this is hampering our ability to record the replies into SalesLogix.
Ideas?

Geez, I don't remember SLX 6.2 ever sending emails out for Email2, Email3, SecondaryEmail, etc. In fact I wrote a program that would place Email into a temp field, move Email2 to Email, send out the Email....write from the Temp Field back to Email.....

In 6.2, we used to have a Custom Contact form that listed both email and email2.
In the 7.x upgrade we just did, we went back to all default forms. (So now email2 is not on the form, it's buried in contact details).
Wonder if that had something to do with it since email2 was more 'alive'...

Don't know.....only 1 EMail field has been used by SLX for a loooooonnnnggggg time......you simply code around that AFAIK.
