Sync attach file in remote office

In my head office i have file attach, but in remote office that file attach is missed.

How can i resync that file attach from head office to remote office?

 Button "Update" in Attachment tab is not help me

I would simply delete it from the head office and re-attach it again in - Or, take a copy from the head office documents folder and paste it in the remote office logs folder.
