slx 7.5.1 lan clWindow undefined

Hi All,

On some Windows XP clients we get the following error:

Error executing Active form script (System:Add New Contact Account). 

Error in Include-Skript (SYSTEMLX_COMMON): Variable undefined ‘clWindow‘ in line 668, char 8.

This is a slx client connected to a remote office.

   I've only seen enumeration errors happen where SLX was installed NOT using administrator rights on either Vista or Win 7 w/UAC on. 

If you are seeing one error of this type now, there's probably others as well. Try scheduling an activity to see if it happens there as well.

Of course, is the XP system running XP SP2?

Hi RJ,

I will let them look again. They told me, that they are on sp3 on the XP site.

We installed slx on each client using the same domain admin.

I also know this error from Visa and Windows / with active UAC but not on XP.

I would also install with anti virus turned off during install.  We have run into this error because the anti virus software was too smart and caused an incomplete install.

This also happens when running Windows 2008 server if the Saleslogix.exe is not set to run as administrator
