Linking Pictures into V7.2.2 Windows Client

Have a database application that wants to include a picture in the Contact Detail view.  They have the pictures located on another server and can provide the URL to each picture for each record.  Is there a way in the LAN client to store the link and pull the picture from it's existing location?  If so how?

You could use the browser control to display the image. That is how I did it a couple of years ago.
