I am working with a requirement from a client to execute field and caption show\hide logic on the OnChange event of a picklist control. Interacting with fields on the same form is a straightforward process. This requirement, however, specifies that certain fields on a tab (detail view) also need to be visible or hidden based upon the value of the picklist on the main detail view. From the tab itself, I can see the value of the picklist field on the entity level and execute the proper logic 'OnLoad' of the tab form. The 'OnChange' event would need to be able to reference the form object of the tab. My current 'OnLoad' method is being run using an external assembly. It would be nice to know how to acheive this whether this was a Code Snippet, or an ext assembly. Has anyone had any experience with this issue?
