Import Leads Has Error About Attachments

When trying to open Import Leads,w e get teh following error on the page...

 

The import cannot continue until the attachment path is set up correctly. Please see the administrator.

 

 

Anyone know what would cause this?  Our Attachments are setup and defined under System -> Office
