Lookup showing ID instead of description

This is regarding issue facing in 7.5 Web development.

When we schedule activity or open an existing  activity there are few lookups we have added. When we select an Opportunity , Contact or Ticket it shows id of that particular record  rather than showing description of record. We are using version “7.5.1.1742”.

Try setting the binding mode to Object.
