How can I dynamically Hide or Show a tab in saleslogix web?

We have a scenario where we want to hide the Account - "Details" tab (extended details), if the currently logged in user is part of a certain department.

How can we achieve this, and where would we place the code?

Is it a repeat post? I think you have posted one more post asking for compatible feature in WEB for "release conecpt in LAN". 

Role based screen security in WEB would help you to achieve this thing.

Hi, this is not a repeat post. This post is asking how to show/hide certain forms/tabs, DYNAMICALLY, through code. That is, if a account record is of a certain type, i would like to not show a certain tab.
