Is there a user control property to allow the person to delete or clear out the entry similar to the lookup control AllowClearingResult="true" and pick list CanEditText="true"?

(I realize this is an old question, but still valid in my book...)

You won't be typing in a user control anytime soon so don't count on that.

However, I'd love for the ability to clear out a user control object. I'm not sure how that was overlooked for so long...

Can anyone tell me if this is in the pipeline?
