We upgraded to 7.5.3 web in January. We have had a plethora of issues, some of which have been configuration issues and some which required Re-registration of .dll files fix. I have a number of issues that vary significantly from user to user. Bottom line I need to know how this is supposed to work. From an install standpoint it appears to install folders in the C:\Documents and Settings\USERXX\Application Data folder. They are Outlook with sub folder TempMailDir with sub folders EML and MSG. I have seen installs that did not install all of these folders.
Next, I have seen .sml files landing in the TempMailDir folder outside of the EML and MSG folder. What are these? They never seem to clear?
Bottom line, what should I see on a successful install and how should it work.
