Ability to log off all users

It would be great to avoid phone calls from users, to log off all users from slx with a short message.

I do not know if this is possible in web but it would be great to let the users know that you are doing something in the system which requires them to log off.

Or post some global message which can be seen by all users.

Something like this!!

Yes - agree with you.  Need ability to put system into a kind of temporary maintenance mode, disabling all or most users for a breif period of time.

 

Ability to push a short message indicating system coming down at HH:MM time would be nice additiona as well.

Being able to log off individual users (with a warning/message) as well as a global log-off would very welcome with system administrators and BPs who need to troubleshoot etc.

 

If I'd had a pound for every time I've been asked if this is possible...

The ability to log off just one user would also be helpful - and/or allow the system to auto-log off (in the lan client) if there is no activity for x number of hours.

 

This would be especially useful for clients running Concurrent Licenses and that have users not properly logging off.

I agree it would be very useful to be able to logout all SLX users.  You can do this in Sage CRM (MME) and its very, very useful.
