
As a SalesLogix client user, I want to interact with SalesLogix through email messages formatted in plain language, so that I can create a Ticket, update a Contact, or retrieve Account information from an email client on any desktop or mobile device quickly without launching or accessing the SalesLogix client.
For example:
To update a Contact, I would send an email that included the following:

Subject: Update Contact(John Abbott)
Body -
Mobile: (312) 555-4321
Assist: Ms. Jane Smith
--------------------------------------------------
This would update the mobile number for John and also update his assistant's name

To retrieve a Contact, I would send and receive the following:

Subject: Retrieve Contact(John Abbott)
Body - blank

This would retrieve:
