
When you create a multi day (All day event) activity in Outlook and sync it to SalesLogix using Exchange Link the activity is displayed in SalesLogix as individual activities for each day the activity occurs on. This only happens for multi day activities that do not have a start and end time (All day event is checked). To reproduce the issue:
If you create the activity in SalesLogix it will create one activity with duration of 5 days. Also if the activity is given a start and end time in Outlook it will only create one activity in SalesLogix. It would be great if SalesLogix could handle all multi day activities correctly.
