
This is a major PITA for every customer that I have worked with when installing/setting up SalesLogix Mobile - the manual settings each user has to go thru to get things going.
Background:
As part of the mobile install the user receives an email message that has a significant amount of information that must be manually keyed in on the mobile device (ex: BlackBerry). This is only done once (at install time).
Suggest:
Somehow make the information available in some sort of "payload" that can be saved and "imported" when initially configuring the mobile user.
