I have some custom fields off the account that I am trying to populate using ERP Link. However when I go to change the entity mapping the custom tables aren't visible. Even custom fields on the account table aren't visible. So does anyone know how to map from mas 500 to a custom saleslogix field using ERP Link?
For your custom fields are they on the account table or an extension table. The Mapper only works against a single set of tables and does not allow for custom tables to play in the synchronization (that is it does not join on all tables that could have a relationship with account). I did add a custom field to the account table and it did indeed show up in the mapper.
