ExchangeLink Mapping customization

I've got a client running ExchangeLink 8 and they have a need to change some of the mapping.  I can tell how to map any custom fields, but they want to slightly alter the map for a couple of the standard fields mapped by Sage, but those are grayed out.

Is that possible, and if so, how?

It is not possible to change the mappings of those that are greyed out.  Those are restricted.

As Loretta says.. unfortunately.. "hard-coded" on the grayed out items.

FYI - when Sage SalesLogix changed EL so that we could do mapping.. several of us asked them to NOT "hard-code" any of the mapped fields. They insisted that there are fields that must be what they are in order for synch to work right.
