How to get your own Database Fields in a Swiftpage Template?

[ Edited ]

Hi,

we try to use Swiftpage, but we can´t access to our own Database fields and the result would be empty. Sometimes it gives as an Error that the Field not known, sometime ist worked but showed no content!

We tried with:

[[MCC_Contact.Dear ]]

[[Contact.MCC_Contact.Dear]]

then everything in Captial Letters, but no syntax worked!

Has anybody an Idea?

Thanks

Michael

Re: How to get your own Database Fields in a Swiftpage Template?

We found the Solution with Help from Alexis from Swiftpage:

Go to Tools>Manage>Swiftpage Account. Manage Existing Users. Log-in. Then you can click Map MailMerge Field. Here you will be able to look up your customized fields and click the Add button below. This will add your customized fields to the Mail Merge fields that Swiftpage will pull from.

It works!

Bye
