Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
Office 2010 (especially Outlook 2010) is not a qualified/supported product w/any version of SalesLogix.
There was supposed to be some kind of HF (right after SP3 for 7.5 was released) to be able to support it.. however, that has not happened and I've not seen a schedule as to when that might be.
Go back to 2007 or 2003... that is currently your only option.
