The Sage CRM Solutions Customer Reference Program provides an opportunity for you to showcase your company’s success with Sage SalesLogix. Joining is simple and the program is designed to work around your schedule. You specify which activities you wish to partake in and how often you want to be contacted, and we will adhere to your preferences.

Participating in the Customer Reference Program benefits you and your company by:

  • Generating positive exposure for your organization, your people, and your products and services.
  • Publicizing how your use of technology provides better business solutions and improved customer service.
  • Promoting your company spokespeople as industry gurus.
  • Receiving professional collateral for sales and marketing use.
  • Providing the opportunity to give input on the features and direction of Sage products and services.
  • Earning company discounts on purchases.

Activities you can participate in through the Customer Reference Program include calls with prospective Sage customers, involvement in media and industry analyst interviews and press releases, and possibly being showcased as a Sage customer success story! For each activity you complete, your company will earn points toward discounts on purchases.

How It Works

The Customer Reference Program provides many flexible opportunities for your company to gain visibility and recognition by sharing your successes with Sage SalesLogix.

    Use of your Company Name, Logo, and Quote in Sage Marketing Materials 15-30 minutes 100
    Sage Success Story Featuring your Company 1-2 hours 200
    Speaking Engagements (Webcasts or Round Tables) 3 hours 300
  2. Select Your Contact Preferences
    Set your own contact preferences that determine how often we will contact you in a calendar year. Your preferences are respected and monitored in our Customer Reference Program database.
  3. Reap Rewards
    Your organization will earn points upon completion of a reference activity, whether we use the material or not. Depending upon your point balance, you’re eligible for these discounts:
    • Silver Level Reference: 100+ Points = 5% Discount
    • Gold Level Reference: 200+ Points = 10% Discount or 50% off Sage Summit Pass
    • Platinum Level Reference: 400+ Points = 15% Discount or 1 Free Sage Summit Pass

    Apply your discount toward one transaction for any of the following Sage SalesLogix purchases:

    • Licensing Costs
    • Maintenance and Support Renewals

    Note: Maximum discount is $10,000 per year based on your program anniversary date. Customers can use this discount any time within the program year. Only Corporate License customers are eligible to participate in the Sage CRM Solutions Customer Reference Program. Applicants must be accepted into the program by the reference program manager.
