I wanted to share some important information with you.  The message below was sent to customers this afternoon to let them know that we are experiencing phone issues. If this issue has affected your ability to contact Sage, we apologize, and want you to know we're working with our phone vendor toward resolution.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our phone system and do not have an estimate on resolution at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

While we work diligently to restore our phone system, please post your question in the Sage SalesLogix Community or open a web case through SupportOnline.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will send an update as soon as the phones are working again. Thank you for your patience.
