Now that Saleslogix is being presented on the web some great new tools are available to help extend the product. During my session we talked about using mashups, external web services and the API's of some major players in the web world. I'd say the biggest take away from the class was the point that you really can do "Anything" with Saleslogix now. From the look in the audience, I could see that people were getting excited and starting to think about what they could do next!
Some of the tools presented were...
- Google Map integrations
- Twitter integrations
- Using web services and RSS feeds in the out of the box mashup engine
- Extending the dashboard with an array of tools
