
Although you access the #Sage #SalesLogix knowledgebase through either SupportOnline or PartnersOnline the same way, the interface that houses the knowledgebase is different. With the transition, many people are experiencing challenges with viewing the knowledgebase and/or the Sage Customer Portal.
At this time, this is the information that I have been able to locate on the browser compatibility:
According to the Sage Customer Portal Frequently Asked Questions:
Internet Explorer is the supported internet browser for use with the Sage Customer Portal.
If you use Firefox, Chrome or other browsers and encounter issues, we recommend using Internet Explorer instead.
If you use Internet Explorer 8 or 9, click the Compatibility View button to the right of the address bar to avoid potential issues. To permanently enable Compatibility View for the Sage Customer Portal, go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and click [Add].
I was able to access the Sage Customer Portal and the Sage SalesLogix knowledgebase using a 3.x version of Firefox. We received a blank white screen for Firefox 4.x and Firefox 7.x. In Chrome, I received a "Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system, or device. Contact your system administrator for more information." error.
I'm still waiting on an official browser compatibility, once I receive this information I will post something in reply to this post.
