She has more than 19 years of software industry experience in a variety of roles, including business and IT operations, strategic marketing, sales operations, and customer support, as well as 10 years of accounting and operations experience in the financial sector. When not at work, Melanie spends most of her time on family activities, such as camping and club baseball, and volunteering in the community.
